Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
1.1 Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Within South Africa
2.1 Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over R3000 within South Africa.
2.2 Standard Shipping:
For orders under R3000, a flat shipping rate of R150 will be applied.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
2.3 Surcharge for Special Delivery Locations:
A R300 surcharge will apply to deliveries made to smallholdings, farms, mines, game reserves, and government buildings. This surcharge is in addition to the standard shipping fee or in cases where free shipping would otherwise apply.
3. International Shipping
3.1 Shipping Outside South Africa:
We do not ship internationally by default.
If you are located outside of South Africa and would like to purchase from us, please contact us for a custom quote to ship your order internationally.
3.2 Customs and Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Beauty Essentials is not liable for additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
4. Delivery Details
4.1 Delivery Address:
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
4.2 Delivery Confirmation:
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use this information to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delayed or Lost Orders
5.1 Delays:
Shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Returns & Refunds Policy
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Incorrectly Supplied Orders:
If we send you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
6.2 Buyer’s Remorse:
If you change your mind, you may return your product within 14 days, provided it is unopened and in original packaging.
A 25% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping is at your own expense.
6.3 Return Process:
- Email us at hello@beauty-essentials.co.za to initiate your return.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable delivery method.
7. Return Shipping
7.1 Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged item or incorrect delivery.
