2.2 Shipping within South Africa:

  • Enjoy free delivery on orders over R3000.
  • Orders under R3000 incur a delivery fee of R155.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

2.3 International Shipping:

  • We ship ONLY to the following African countries for a flat rate of R1500: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho.
  • Please note, no free shipping is available for international orders.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Incorrectly Supplied Orders:

  • If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange for a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

3.2 Buyer's Remorse:

  • If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the product within 14 days.
  • A 25% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and returned at your expense.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship the product back to us using a trackable method.

9.1 Pricing Errors:

  • While we make every effort to ensure prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur due to system glitches, human error, or third-party data feeds.
  • If a product's price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, before the order is dispatched.
  • We are not obligated to honour an incorrect price once the error has been identified, even if a payment confirmation has already been sent.

9.2 Product Details and Descriptions:

  • We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date, but variations in colour, packaging, or formulation may occur due to manufacturer changes beyond our control.
  • If a product received differs materially from its description due to an error on our part, this will be treated as an incorrectly supplied order under clause 3.1, entitling you to a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Minor variations in product image colour due to screen display settings do not constitute an error.
